Thanks for helping make WebDecks better. WebDecks is young and there are rough edges — a clear report from you is genuinely the fastest way to get something fixed. Here's what to include.

What to include

What you were doing

The steps to get there, in order — e.g. "opened my deck, clicked the third slide, tried to drag the title box." The more we can repeat your exact steps, the better.

What happened vs. what you expected

Tell us what actually happened and what you thought would happen instead. "The text disappeared" and "I expected it to move" both help.

Your browser and operating system

For example: Chrome 126 on Windows 11, or Safari on macOS. This matters more than you'd think — many bugs are specific to one browser.

Your file and a screenshot, if you can

If it's safe to share, attach the .pptx (or exported .webdeck) file that triggered the problem, plus a screenshot of what you saw. A picture often pins down the issue immediately.

When you're ready, the button below opens a pre-addressed email — just describe the problem and attach your file if you have one.
